More Info:

Went to New York City in 1961 and started to sing and play the guitar. Met and toured the U.S. with Tim Hardin, playing in L.A., San Francisco and NYC. Met and married underground blues legend Karen Dalton and performed with her, mostly in New York City. In late 1960's, was in the group 'Richard, Cam and Bert' in NYC. Recorded an album in 1969 on Trilogy Records called 'Limited Edition.' Was in San Francisco from 1970 to1975 playing with 'Cam Bruce and the Tucker Bros.' and rock band 'Tongue and Cheek.' Mostly stopped performing in 1975, moved to Cazadero, California and raised two sons. About 1995, began to perform again in Bellingham, Washington. Played with groups 'Easy Street' and 'Savoy Junction.' Has played at Woodside Spiritual Center for several years with The Woodside Ensemble. Now performing with stone soup band in bellingham area Bellingham Herald 10-21-04 Tucker sounds happy- similar to the adage that you can hear someone smiling over the phone. Circus Rollin' On retains the feeling of something unearthed and only partially dusted off. His interesting guitar playing whispers like a secret. What's Up magazine july 05 Tucker has got the experience and talent to attempt such rich covers. He puts a bit of boogey into his version of 'she just wants to dance' and has a vocal delivery that's closer to mose allison than keb mo. The album's best moments come from the more up tempo songs that feel like a man of experience who wants to show he's still got a spring in his step. Now playing with stone soup band in bellingham.
